Our product
Rayo de sol is a homestyle Dominican recipe, created out of necessity from humble beginnings.
A never before seen seasoning/ marinade/ dressing hybrid. Rayo de sol can be put on many different types of food form proteins, like pork, fish, to salad dressing.
From a mixture of herbs spices and lime juice we have a refreshing sweet and savory flavor brightening up any dish.
What is it for?
Rayo de Sol can be for many things! Its unique flavor provides a myriad of possibilities from salad dressing to drizzling on proteins after you cook them, or have them marinate and infuse the flavor before cooking.
Try it on chicken!
